Finding and honoring valid do-not-resuscitate orders is a sensible topic for online delivery. An online lesson that reviews the types of valid DNR orders in your states, what constitutes a valid DNR, where to find those orders, what treatments can and cannot be delivered to patients with valid DNR orders, and when to contact medical control if DNR instructions are ambiguous could be adapted from an existing classroom program or quickly constructed.

Remember to start new lesson construction with the end in mind. What do you want students to be able to know or do after completing the lesson. You could even start with a pre-test to assess existing knowledge. If the student passes the pre-test may be they are not required to view the lesson.
