Last month I welcomed a new University of Wisconsin Stevens Point staff member to our community at a social sponsored by the Portage County Business Council. Each new university, public school, and tech college staff member was introduced by a business council member. It was very interesting to hear about the diverse backgrounds each of these educators is bringing to our community.
