One Hundred Pushups

As regular visitors to eps411.com know I have a keen interest in emergency responder safety, fitness, injury prevention, and risk management. Personal fitness through regular cardiovascular and strength training are important for all emergency responders. The One Hundred Pushups program looks intriguing and I am going to follow the 6 week program to increase my own strength. Pushups can be done anywhere and require no special equipment.
